Going beyond what we think is possible.

Our Mission

To empower the youth in juvenile facilities through sports programs, fostering personal growth, resilience, and positive mindset.

To fulfill our mission, we implement the following three part strategy:

  1. Community Awareness: Secure community support by organizing speaker series, distributing literature, and showcasing films that highlight reform through sports.

  2. Program Implementation: Inspire youth and facilities in what’s possible through sports programs and assist in implementing the program through program design, sponsorships, and funding.

  3. Funding: Utilize the funds for necessary equipment, gear, and resources for facilities. All purchases will be made locally specific to the respective facility to continue to support the community.

Our Vision

Juvenile facilities are a place where youth can rehabilitate and come into society healthy, resilient, and wanting to make a contribution.

Cycles of reoffending can be broken for youth in juvenile programs.

Youth can gain skills in communication, leadership and collaboration and be empowered to make choices that align with their best self.

There will be a streamlined implementation of sports programs in all juvenile facilities.

There is collaboration among the state, schools, facilities, and relevant staff for the empowerment of youth in juvenile facilities.
